Kale!

Adding Kale to my shakes is an easy way to get some extra veggies in for the day. I bought a giant bag from Costco and chopped it with my food processor. Then, I bagged it in single servings and put in freezer.
I find that by making healthy choices easily accessible, I am more likely to turn to those instead of junk!
