COFFEE

I love coffee! It is my saving grace as a busy teacher and mother to three kiddos! For the past 4 months, I have drank it black. No creamers, no sweeteners. It took some getting used to when I made the switch but my body feels so much better without the chemicals.

Recently, I began to hear about Bulletproof Coffee. Coffee with butter in it? After doing some research, I decided to try it out with own variation of it. I don't eat butter, so I decided to substitute 1 tsp of coconut oil in my coffee! Yummy! Just the extra kick I needed.

After further research, I found there is a company that sells Bulletproof coffee...and I am going to have to try this out sometime.

How I Make my version of Bulletproof Coffee:

1. Brew Coffee.
2. Put 8-10 oz of hot coffee in blender.
3. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil.
4. Blend for about a minute.

The result is extra frothy, creamy coffee!

***What about adding Shakeology to it? A warm shake on these cold winter days? Hmmmmmmm...
